Listening is a skill that comes with baggage. 😮

It works when we have a compelling reason to listen. 😅

However, when we are still engaged in thinking about another topic, feeling stressed, bored, or even under pressure, our listening efforts may fall short of expectations. 😩

Instead of looking to improve your listening skills through training sessions, transfer your existing listening skills that work fine when chatting about holiday plans. 😄

💡 Here are 3 tips on how to listen more effectively when it isn’t that easy:

1. Have an objective or set an intention
2. Take notes
3. Focus on the outcome
