A reflection on Henry Yampolsky’s new book ‘DisSolving Conflict from Within’
It is Monday morning, I am late for work, I am speeding when an idiot in his car in front of me who obviously doesn’t know how to drive slows me down. My heart starts pumping harder, my chest tight, my fists squeezing the steering wheel, and I am about to hit the accelerator to push this idiot off the road.
Sandy Seeber-Quayle works with insurance companies on partnership management, product development, and customer documentation. She operates on a consultancy basis and is known for reliability and her niche expertise in German consumer banking insurance.
Outside of consulting, Sandy writes. Her first novel was published in German in 2013 and soon after the audiobook version. Sandy's poetry has appeared in several German anthologies and, more recently, in The Storms, a printed journal of poetry, prose and visual art. She's currently working on her second novel – this one in English – while also writing poetry, creative non-fiction, and flash fiction pieces.
Sandy's success factors are based on using creative thinking for problem solving which she has formulated into a framework, the KUBA Pilot strategy. This holistic framework helps to think outside of the box, overcome biases, and find creative solutions by interrupting habitual thinking. Sandy offers coaching and mentoring to individuals and organisations.
